What Is The Dress Code?
The attire is Garden Party Formal. Ladies may consider long or midi-length dresses. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits or jackets with dress trousers—ties are appreciated.
Please avoid black, white, cream, and other similar shades, along with stilettos or any shoes that might be tricky or uncomfortable.
Will The Ceremony And Reception Be Held Indoors Or Outdoors?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors at the stunning Videre Estate, surrounded by beautiful views of the Texas Hill Country. We will provide event air conditioning for your comfort. The reception will take place indoors at the same venue location!
What Is The Expected Weather In Wimberley In June?
You can expect warm, sunny weather with temperatures typically in the high 80s to low 90s. The evenings are pleasant but still warm, so we suggest breathable fabrics and attire suitable for both comfort and elegance.
Will Transportation Be Provided?
Yes. Shuttles will be provided to and from the following hotels:
We will share exact pickup and return schedules closer to the wedding. Guests who prefer to drive will find ample onsite parking available at Videre Estate.
Where Do You Recommend Guests Stay?

What Time Should We Arrive?
We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking or shuttle arrival and to be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 PM.
Are Kids Allowed?
We kindly ask that our celebration remain limited to adults and children in our immediate families.
Our venue is located on a scenic cliffside, and for safety reasons, it’s recommended that the event be limited to adults. We also hope this gives you the chance to relax and enjoy a well-deserved night out! If your child is invited, their name will be included on your invitation.
We truly want you to be part of our special day. If this presents a challenge for your attendance, please reach out—we are happy to work with you individually.
Can I Bring A Plus One?
If your invitation includes a guest or states “and guest,” we would be delighted to welcome them. If not, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Thank you for understanding!

Will Dinner And Drinks Be Served?
Yes. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated dinner, wines, signature cocktails, and celebratory offerings throughout the evening. We hope you arrive ready to dine, toast, and dance with us!
Is There A Wedding Registry?
Your presence is truly the greatest gift. However, for those who wish to give, our registry is available via the Registry page on https://ashleighandhayden.com.
Can You Accommodate Dietary Restrictions?
Yes. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can make the appropriate arrangements with our caterer.
Is There Parking Available?
Yes, ample parking is available onsite at Videre Estate for those choosing to drive.
What If I Can’t Attend?
We will miss you! Please RSVP “unable to be there” by May 1, 2026, so we can plan accordingly.
Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony?
You’re welcome to take photos during the ceremony using non-flash photography, but we kindly ask that you remain seated, present, and respectful of the professional photographer capturing our big moment.
